Shipping policy

Shipping Policy:

Due to increased shipping costs, orders will now be shipped via UPS and the customer will receive a tracking number once an order is placed. Orders cannot be modified once placed and are delivered to the address provided. Queen's Temple Handmade is not responsible for damages due to inclement weather (excessive heat or cold) or packages discarded upon delivery from any carrier, and P.O. Boxes are undeliverable. In the rare event that items are damaged upon receipt, please email us at Qthmasoaps@gmail.com to discuss your situation.

• Please be aware that any "Coupons" and/or "Coupon Codes" that are offered by Queen's Temple Handmade that require the online customer/purchaser or person to input that code into the "apply coupon" section at checkout will not be honored, refunded, or offered as a credit at the expense of Queen's Temple Handmade. In the event that the customer/purchaser or person fails to enter the Code at the time of Checkout! No Exceptions!
• *Note: Also we ask that you please refrain from "Direct Messaging", "Emailing" or "Texting" requests to add any Coupon Code (s) or Discounts after the purchase has been placed. It is the responsibility of the customer/purchaser or person placing the Queen's Temple Handmade Order to add the appropriate code offered.
